Refund Policy

At Print Temple, customer satisfaction is important to us. As many of our products are custom-made and personalised, the following refund policy applies.

Custom & Personalised Products
Due to the personalised nature of our products, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges unless:

the item arrives damaged
the item is faulty
the wrong item was supplied

Approval of Designs
Customers are responsible for checking and approving artwork, spelling, sizes, colours, and order details before production begins.

Non-Personalised Items
Non-custom items may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original condition.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

Production & Delivery
Turnaround times are estimates and may vary during busy periods. We are not responsible for courier delays once orders have been dispatched.
